Take a little Celtic folk and mix with a pinch of jazz and reggae, then add a wine glass of Transylvanian folk songs. Mix well (do not shake!) and when it’s ready, pour into understanding ears. Watch out, it’s hot!
The Harp-Agon Zenei Társulás band is a meeting of central European soul and Celtic folk music with 20th-century music. Even with baroque Irish motifs mixing with reggae, bossa nov and jazzy rhythms, Transylvanian folk songs intermingling with blues, finding peace on the 36 strings.
