Sephardic songs were preserved over the hundreds of years during the various diasporas, intertwined with the surrounding cultures.
Unusual instrumentation, songs of Spanish, Jewish, Turkish and Moorish music.

How can you preserve the love ofr a country that has driven you out? How can you preserve the memory of a forbidden love that cannot be lived out before the world? How can songs preserve their experience of persecution? And how can this still radiate strength of life, vitality?

Réka Tóth Bernát: vocals, guitar, tökgadulka
János Vázsonyi: alt-clarinet, flute, bells, udu
