I am P\u00e9ter Paunoch, a football player agent and the founder-owner of the Paunoch Birtok boutique winery located in the main street of Erd\u0151b\u00e9nye.<\/p>\n

We would like to present the unique features of the Tokaj wine region with our premium quality wines with substantial content. We currently farm organically on an area of \u200b\u200b1.4 hectares.<\/p>\n

Our reductive Furmint estate wine from the best terroirs of the Tokaj wine region. The raw materials for our blends and sweet wines made from Furmint and H\u00e1rslevel\u0171 varieties are hand-harvested from old, more than 50-year-old vines, and then the perfectly matured raw materials are carefully processed and fermented in steel tanks and aged in French barrels for a minimum of twelve months, followed by bottle aging for a minimum of six months. In our small batches of a few thousand bottles per year, the effects of the volcanic region are echoed, and thanks to the elegant use of barrels, the lively acids and mineral notes of Furmint complement each other well with the flattering kindness of H\u00e1rslevel\u0171 grape in complex, harmonious wines in aroma and taste.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n
